It’s hard for me to believe we are 10 episodes in to this endeavor. The truth is that it just continues to grow beyond my wildest imagination. We’ve been able to have some really great guests, and I’ve learned so much. I hope that you’ll enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed making it.
This week we discussed Sports Wellness and Extreme Sports Parenting. It’s hard for me to imagine taking my toddler snowboarding but that’s the topic we were faced with this week. Do you believe in taking your littles into extreme sports situations? I have no problem with it. I couldn’t imagine doing it, but I think that these things can be done if proper precautions are taken. It’s also important though to make sure that your little athletes are fed well.
This week we had the illustrious Beth Jessop on our program. She’s nothing short of incredible as are all the ladies who have been on the podcast thus far.
