I can’t believe we have already bound through over half the year! I also can’t believe it has been so long since I wrote a monthly goals post. I’ll admit guys that leading up to this August goals post, I’ve felt a bit of overwhelm. It’s hard to describe exactly what my days look like unless you’re here in the trenches with me, but I also know you’ve experienced much the same. A baby is changing all the time so it’s easy to know that some days are easier than others. It’s also easier on days when you have multiple babysitters to bounce the little tyke around so you can get things done. I can thank the family reunion for at least letting me put my thoughts back together for this post. I hope that I’ll meet all the August goals, and we’ll be able to move forward together. I’m listening to what you want to hear from me, and I’m learning about how to reach my own goals. In turn, I’ll try to give you content that helps us learn and grow together!
I’ve been busy working on a few other changes to be coming in the next few months, and I’m hoping that these goals will help me achieve exactly what I’m looking for in that regard as well. August goals are definitely looking to give me a reset as we head into fall.
August goals are:
- Blog 5 days per week
- Start 3 series on the blog
- Read 2 books
- Start a more serious exercise routine
- Finish piecing together the blog redesign and order business cards
The August goals are a mix between personal and business, but I know that putting them to paper helps me get them all done. You’ll be glad to know that things are moving along quite nicely with most of the things I want to do this month. I’ve already started hashing out ideas and just getting the ball rolling. Here’s to hoping I’ll see you every weekday this month!
