Do you find yourself finishing toddler snacks on the run instead of eating real meals?
Honey, I’ve been there. I was sitting on the couch late last night finishing off a package of Annie’s cheddar bunnies. My son calls them hops. They’re delicious, but they aren’t exactly what I’d call filling. I also know that I need more nutrients than what is included in even my son’s healthiest snacks. It’s easy to get into the rigamarole of motherhood though and forget about our health. We feel too exhausted to workout. Too stressed to plan a meal. There are so many too manys in our day. Where does it stop?
Today, we discuss how to stop the cycle on Two Moms, One Podcast. It’s all about setting realistic goals that won’t leave you feeling overwhelmed. It’s about making things fit into your life and not feeling guilty if you fall behind once in awhile.
Today, we talked to our friend Shelly Robinson about health and the #momlife.
Shelly Robinson is a certified Health & Performance Coach who helps busy moms look and feel good while chasing their dreams. She believes that moms CAN thrive in all areas of their life that they care deeply about one baby step at a time.
When she’s not coaching, she’s snuggling her two kiddos, playing volleyball with her husband, or sipping iced matcha lattes.
She’s awesome! Seriously amazing! You don’t want to miss her tips on how to keep yourself healthy and love your decisions for both your child and yourself! I promise you won’t regret tuning in today.
