Have you ever been curious about sleep training your child? Does the idea scare you? It did me. I was so worried about how to do it and keep my sanity. For us, I quickly realized a modified Ferber was the way to go, but I also knew that wasn’t for everyone. Like you, I did tons of research before deciding on not only the Ferber method but about a million others. The Ferber method gets a bad rap according to my research for being psychologically damaging, but we aren’t going to discuss that here. We did spend this podcast talking about the importance of sleep training and how to listen to your child’s cues. As a mom, you know it’s MOST important to listen to your child and your instincts.
We’d love to hear about your sleep training journey!
