Each week on Two Moms, One Podcast we love to talk about a hot topic for parents. Do you have a picky eater? I know there are so many of you out there. It seems like it’s an insurmountable issue. I consider myself very lucky that my son eats almost anything you put in front of him. He got pretty stoked for candy on Halloween though. I’m working on the balance there! Seriously though he had mashed butternut squash with a rosemary and herb tarragon butter before we went out so I don’t feel so bad for the few little bites of Twix we shared! In this podcast, we talk about how to make cooking for the whole family a little bit easier. We discuss getting your children familiar with the kitchen and picking out their own foods. It’s a real blast. I’m so glad my dear friend Tiffany was able to join us!
Tiffany Cavegn is a certified health coach and a founding contributor to Sports Moms United, a website dedicated to helping parents fuel their kids with the right nutrients to perform in sports. She understands what it was like to be an overweight kid and the challenge of putting healthy food on the dinner table in a world where junk food surrounds us. Tiffany lives in Minnesota with her husband and two kids and this winter she will be opening her own cooking school in Minnesota.
I hope you’ll enjoy today’s podcast as much as we enjoyed recording it. Tiffany has lots of amazing tips for getting even your youngest chefs involved!
