Mommas, I can’t even begin to tell you how important this week’s episode of Two Moms, One Podcast is to me. It’s important because I want you to feel your best. I want you to be the best mom you can be all the time. I especially want you to feel good about yourself. I know this is something I struggled with in those first few months after becoming a mom, and I don’t want that for you. I don’t want you to sit around feeling frumpy. I don’t want you to experience the struggle of feeling less confident because your clothes are far less than your style. Notice, I didn’t say stylish. I want you to live a healthy lifestyle because it makes you a better mom. I know of course that some of you are still living that struggle, and I want you to get the tips you need to feel awesomesauce sooner rather than later. Of course on this podcast, we can’t go into EVERYTHING, but we can share our experiences and bring you, awesome guests. This week we brought Tatina Amico to share her struggle and attempt to help you meet yourself where you are in yours.
Tatiana is a Health Coach and Business Mentor empowering women to take control of their health and life. Before doing this for herself, Tatiana was living a life that on paper looked good, but in reality was very different. She was a yo-yo dieter and negative thinker who was working hard in a windowless corporate cubicle, struggling with anxiety and depression and feeling like she was living in her own personal version of Groundhog day. Once her son was born, Tatiana she knew she wanted to find a way to stay home with her son and do more of work she felt called to do. She enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and eventually found herself leaving diets behind, not making any more excuses, and embracing the life she wants to live. Now, Tatiana works with women who want to stop complaining, start taking action, and love themselves completely.
