We’ve talked about how the holidays are coming, right? It sounds so very Game of Thrones-y to say, but it’s true. The holidays are coming and for a lot of people that brings about the holiday blues. There may or may not be a cure for them, but I hope to be able to bring a little joy to your holiday season. First, I want you to remember that it’s important to participate in the traditions that mean the most to you and bring you the most joy. You’ll feel less like a Scrooge if you actually get to enjoy your time. It’s not just about that, though, is it? It’s about taking care of yourself and knowing that it’s okay to feel. It’s okay to be a normal human being even during what can feel like is the happiest time of year to everyone else. What I’m sharing here is a way to maybe get some relief or if it’s just a minor drop in mood a real fix.
