Howdy ya’ll! I know you’ve followed my The Portrait Studio posts here and here, and I know you’re stoked to hear about their amazing GRAND OPENING deals! I know I was, because I’m totally stoked to take Sweet Baby J over for his first birthday photos! We’ve already discussed 3 reasons you should head over there, and they were great reasons. We’ve introduced you to where to find them. What more could I say? I could go on for days trust me. You’ll want to head over to The Portrait Studio tomorrow before I’m done. I promise.
First let’s remind you of this awesome deal:
That’s right. You’ll get 20 photos for $20! Can you take pictures and print them for that price? No way, Jose! You have to account for your gas and time driving to a location to pick them up plus the price of the photos themselves! This is a way better deal. I know, because I print photos all the time for friends and family.
Now let’s introduce you to this awesome deal:
15% off of your purchases and a 16 x 20 wall portrait! You guys I promise this isn’t anything you could do to beat that price. I’ve scoured the internet and coupons to find out for myself.
Now that we’ve discussed the amazing Grand Opening deals let’s discuss how to really win at your photoshoot!
1. Dress for success
If you want the best photos of your child you’ll want them to be dressed comfortably yet nicely. If they’re uncomfortable, I can assure you that your photographs will reflect this very sentiment.
2. Present your child’s best personality
You know what kinds of things your child enjoys doing so try to include that in your photoshoot. Your baby loves trucks, you’ll want to get some photos of him playing with these. He’ll be the most relaxed and ready to smile!
3. Don’t put excess pressure on yourself or your child
The more you and your child feel stressed about these photos the worse they’ll be. Your photos will come out the worse for it. Everyone will be feeling the pressure for them to be perfect.
4. Offer a treat
If your child is old enough to understand a prize at the end of the rainbow, I’d suggest offering it to them if they’ll help you make it through the photo session. Plus, you’ll be ready for one as well.
If you follow these tried and true tips for getting the best photos out of your child, you’ll be glad you decided to stop into The Portrait Studio and take them up on these amazing deals. Remember it’s all about having fun. I hope you’ll continue to share with me your amazing experiences with photographing your children and of course your time at The Portrait Studio.
