Okay here we go. It’s another week on the fitness train. This week I’ve decided to just kind of leave it hanging. I’ve gained 2 lbs. It’s okay though. I’ve got a plan! I’ve decided to jump back on the Weight Watchers train. I just signed up so I don’t have the menu plan down. I didn’t want to skip this post though, because I think it’s important to acknowledge when we slide and our plans. I think it’s important to note what does and doesn’t work for us.
I’m mostly excited by Weight Watchers new points program. The site looks amazing. The points system is incredible. It was easy to calculate, and I’m glad they take my fitness into account. It really helps me to get up and move more! I know that I can do this especially with your help. If you’re also pushing for a healthier you in the new year. I want to give you a warm hug. We can do this together. Let’s keep up with each other and support each other by using #tdsfit! We can be each others cheerleader!
