I am a mom, but I don’t believe that means I can’t keep up with #allthethings. I enjoy being in the know about pop culture and the news. I didn’t want to lose touch with the world around us. I didn’t want to be the only person at a social gathering unable to talk intelligently about things going on in the world. What did I do to stop that? I downloaded and subscribed to Texture by Next Issue. No, they aren’t paying me for this post. They don’t even know I’m writing this post, but I want to scream from every rooftop about why I can’t get enough of Texture by Next Issue. Plus, it helps you get a little self-care and me time. Could it be any more of a win/win?
Why Texture by Next Issue? This is a question that you may be asking yourself, and I honestly can say I asked myself that very same one early on. When I first got into it, I wanted to read Parents and Family Circle since my subscription was running up. I also wanted to check out a couple of other magazines that I wouldn’t subscribe to individually like Smithsonian or Wired. They’re all great magazines, but I just don’t have time for reading them all. At first, Next Issue provided a way for me to view those, and I was happy but then something happened. Next Issue changed their app name to Texture by Next Issue and a whole new world was opened to me.
I’m not lying to you.
Each day, I am able to find new reads. Texture by Next Issue curates daily reads, weekend reads, popular posts to suit the season, etc… It puts them all in one place. Last month, I read a great interview with Harrison Ford that spiked conversation in my own home about him and the new Star Wars movie. What’s not to love about that? Seriously, I believe if you have kids that Texture by Next Issue is the answer to not missing out on the world. You’ll always know what’s hot!
