Almost a year ago, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, and I lost all the baby weight within 3 months. It’s true. I was at my pre baby weight fairly quickly. I was feeling very good about myself. Of course then I moved twice and my fitness levels went way down. I was no longer having to walk outside with the baby to get him to take a nap no less than 3 times a day. I no longer had flat ground. I didn’t get lazy, but I did get complacent. I gained about 10lbs back. Now, I’m on a mission to lose that 10lbs again plus some before we get started on trying for the next little bundle of joy. I read recently that one of the best ways to get back on the horse is to make it public so here I am letting ya’ll know my goals. My goal is to lose 15lbs.
This is what we’re starting from, but I know I’ll be able to reach my goals. 2016 is a year for renewal and patience so I’m going to be patient and strategic about this as well. The new year brings about new opportunity to be your best. Let’s do this!
