It’s a new year! The time has come to celebrate another birthday. Happy birthday to me (it was yesterday.)! It’s also the time for the monthly goals post. When I reflect on December’s goals, I realize that I missed several of them, but it felt good to take the time off. It was much-needed. I’m now able to feel rejuvenated for this year. I was able to get some rest. I got to spend some time with family. You’d laugh to see my child’s complete disinterest in Christmas presents. He wanted to open one and play with that toy, but he was done after that. He was adorable! I know though that January is the time to get back to work. That means I have to set the January goals, and I’ve thought long and hard about them.
- Start a new C25k
- Lose 5 lbs
- Blog 7 days a week for the entire month starting after January 6.
- Set myself up for continued success in February.
Yeah, you heard that last one right. I plan to dance at least a little every day in January. I think I probably do this without thinking anyway so it shouldn’t be hard to fulfill. I think there has to be a little bit of fun in my goals for January. We don’t want to stress ourselves out too much, right? Plus, I’m celebrating another year of life for the entire month
