For those of you not familiar with ClassPass, it is a website designed to make booking your next workout easy. They have compiled a list of local studios that offer classes and you can take them all. To start, you pay ClassPass $79 – $99/month as prices vary, and you are given an easy to maneuver list of classes local to you to choose from on any day at any time. ClassPass makes getting your next workout easy. You simply login and narrow down your search by day, activities, or times then select the activity you want. ClassPass saves you the spot in the class, and it emails you to let you know you’ve set up the class and a reminder again on the day of class. This makes remembering to show up for your workout easy as well.
Due to the fact I was pregnant when ClassPass moved into town, I had to wait to enjoy it. I was finally able to start getting back into working out at the 3 month mark. The truth is though that I wasn’t really all that ready. I was exhausted all the time which made it hard to stay up and work out. I felt amazing after I did though so I really wanted to push through. I managed to take one class through ClassPass, and I totally wished that I’d been able to fit more into my schedule. You know how it is though when you’re also trying to move, right?
The class I did take was a rowing class from Roworx in Long Beach. It was seriously an amazing class. I was invigorated. It really focused on my core, which is a HUGE issue right now. It’s progressively getting better though.
The workout was great. ClassPass was amazing. I highly recommend it if you have workout ADD like me. I hate being locked into the same workout routine all the time, and I’m so glad that ClassPass allows me to change it up without spending WAY more than necessary.
