As you know, I haven’t been feeling well as of late. I was so down and out last week that I only got up one post. I was saddened by this development, but we all have those kinds of weeks, right? I wanted to take a moment though to thank you all for the patience and for the fact you come to my blog every day and share in my journey and adventures. I’m always happy to go along with you on this crazy adventure we call life. I am feeling a little bit better this week thankfully so posts should go back to more regular intervals after Christmas.
I wanted to wish all of you Happy Holidays! My family celebrates both Christmas and Hanukkah so I figure happy holidays are in order. I hope that however you celebrate this season that you are having a merry time with your family and friends. If you can’t be home for the holidays, I hope brightness and cheer finds you.
This will be a California Christmas for me, which I can assure you is not my favorite kind of Christmas, but I will be adventuring with friends. I know that it will be happy holidays to us, because we are blessed to have family who love us and friends who help create even more adventures than we would on our own. My hope is that I’ll be able to share some shenanigans with you next week. In the meantime, I hope you’re enjoying the holiday smells throughout your house and the joy of great company.
I ask that you remember the spirit of the holiday season going into the new year. We want to make next year a year of celebration and for helping our neighbors.
Tell me how you’re celebrating you holidays?
Happy Holidays from our family here at The Dahlia Scene to you!
