‘Tis the season for giving! This means it’s my favorite time of the year. The best parts about the holidays are spending time with family, eating amazing food, and of course sharing personal gifts with everyone. I really enjoy thinking about the kind of gift to give someone and then being able to present them with it year round, but I know that it’s even more fun this time of year. I put on my playlists and I get to shopping and wrapping. Now where do I find such gifts?
This is my go to site for EVERYTHING really. Your best friend is really into Mary Poppins? You can find these wonderful pieces of art and so much more on Etsy. Yes, I’ve spent hours perusing the site for all the Mary Poppins gifts! Have an aunt that’s really into wine? Put an awesome bottle in one of these. As you can see the options are endless, but you’ll want to be careful that you’re actually getting handmade!
2. Local Craft Fairs
You can find so many unique pieces at the craft fairs in your area. We were able to find these cute crates to send to people from California. They are great gifts for people on your list who live far away, because they can get a little taste of all the things you love. Does your friend have a long commute in either LA or NYC? Commemorate it for them with this beautiful piece of jewelery. These are all things I found just by exploring local craft fairs.
3. Cafe Press
You can find anything you want on here. Do you know an expectant mother? A t-shirt just for her. Is your man a foodie? You can find an awesome selection of t-shirts for him too, but I personally love this one.
Do you like supporting artists? Do you know crafty people? You might want to check out this awesome site for some great fabric, wallpaper, and gift wrap. This is one of my personal favorites. I mean who doesn’t love a good lumberjack print? Or maybe you can help a friend start on next year’s Christmas pajamas.
Treat is new from Shutterfly, and it’s a great place for not only cards but gifts as well. You select helpful designs and add your own personal touch. I know I’m looking to use a few of our photos from Greece in order to make some really awesome presents. The canvas prints are a personal favorite of mine, but I know the mug with chocolate would be a hit amongst family and friends! This could easily be your one stop shop with their awesome Christmas cards.
These are the awesome places where I do my holiday shopping. Where do you get your presents for gift giving? Do you really enjoy gift giving? What kinds of gifts do you enjoy giving?
