Summer is coming, or well it’s unofficially here. This means that it’s time to pull out the summer checklist. I’ll admit that this is my first time doing one. I’ll let you know that it isn’t perfect. I used a foam chalkboard and a chalkboard pen. What I did do right was, I incorporated things I already know we’re going to do with things that I know I’d like to do. Get married will certainly be easy to check off the list in about 17 days.
Some of these probably seem easy. Finishing my summer reading seems like the most difficult to me at the moment, but I have to realize that in 17 days I’ll have a lot more free time. I will be able to come home, take a hot bath, and relax for a minute. I won’t have to worry about going to classes or building things. I want ya’ll to know that when you decide to DIY huge chunks of your wedding you should not bite off more than you can chew. We didn’t, but sometimes it feels like we did. We’ve got this though, and I know that it will all come out incredibly. We are so close that I have a true sense of what it will all look like when it comes together.
