St. Patrick’s Day is a holiday in which people love to get wasted, but it’s always better to do it in green and with style. This drink has all the style, panache, and verve that you could ever imagine needing to impress all your friends. It tastes minty and fresh and it tastes great going down.
In all honesty, I came across the idea for this shake the minute I saw the Mint M & Ms in the store. M & Ms in no way supports my use of their product, but who doesn’t love the melt in your mouth not in your hands goodness? I prefer the peanut or peanut butter kind myself, but I’m always interested in testing out new flavor schemes with drinks and/or my cooking. Plus mint is green! It’s like the official herb of St. Patrick’s Day. Okay so really any green herb could count, but I’m calling mint as the winner.
That being said, I hope that you’ll enjoy my boozy St. Patrick’s Day Shake. You can make this one for the kiddos by taking out the alcohol. You can just add extra M & Ms to the mix for more mint flavor.
