I don’t want to review Michael Voltaggio’s food, but I do want to share the experience with you. I don’t want to review it, because I know that there is no way I could do the taste justice. I will say that it was by far the best meal I have ever eaten in my life. I love food. I love tasting new foods and being somewhat adventurous, but I came in with expectations for this one that were blown away with each taste.
The night started even before I walked into the restaurant. I had questions about whether or not Michael would actually be in the kitchen that night, but those were answered as he walked past me from ink to ink.sack and back. I stopped him. I told him how much I adored his food, and I couldn’t wait to eat there this evening. I hadn’t even tasted it yet, but I was already praising it. This is how you know that I was biased going into this situation. I was a Michael Voltaggio fan girl waiting to be served something that I knew was delicious, but even that was blown out of the water.
We started the night with Little Gems.
