‘Tis the season for everything pumpkin. It seems like every fall everyone wants to make EVERYTHING with a new pumpkin flavor, and I am no exception to this rule. What better way to celebrate pumpkin than to make a smoothie? It’s something cool and refreshing for those of us still enjoying temps in the 80s with the taste of fall.
We started with all the fall favorites: pumpkin puree, cinnamon, brown sugar, and milk. We added the nutmeg and whip cream later! It wouldn’t be fall without this wonderful mix of pumpkin pie like flavoring. It seems to me though that the drink might be a hair bit healthier version, but who I am to say. If you’re feeling in the mood for something especially near the holidays then I say go for it! We all have to live a little!
We added all the ingredients to the blender and mixed it into goodness. I gave this one to Love to drink since my lactose intolerance would not have been happy with me, but he swears it was mmm mmm delicious. I hope that you’ll give it a test yourself.
