I can’t believe that I’m putting this up on the blog before I’ve even given them to the girls. Thankfully it’ll only be 24 hours between this post and when they get them. The idea isn’t original of course, but I thought it would make for a great tutorial when my mind is always on the wedding these days.
First you start by cutting the sparkly paper to be 3×3. This is the size of the top of the box I used. If you use a larger box then you’ll need to make it larger obviously.
I am absolutely in love with this sparkly paper. I think that it really pops on the box too. Plus, I love the cutter that I bought this weekend so life is good. Once I was done cutting the 3×3, I glued it to the box.
Now I used a 2.5” circular cutter in order to cut the paper I had printed the “Now it’s my turn to POP THE QUESTION, will you be my maid of honor/bridesmaid?” quote onto. It was then time to use a glue stick in order to adhere them to the sparkly paper. This takes A LOT of glue. If you look to the end of this post, you’ll find the printable.
To finish the question box, I stuffed a ring pop into foam. This allows for the ring to stay in place while also giving it a nice way to be presented. It will easily remind you of your own engagement.
You’ll find the the printable here:
